VIDCON 2022

The Ridge wanted to do something fun for VidCon 2022. The concept was to create a tiki vibe with a functioning 12 foot light-up volcano and a 4 foot tall wallet with glowing red shards.

I created all the graphics for the booth and mocked up the layout to show how it would be set up at VidCon. This included the placement of props and furniture. I outsourced the wallet/volcano to another company that helped me build a lightbox inside the volcano/wallet to make it glow. The furniture was pulled from Freeman’s catalog by me to match the tiki vibe.

Overall the show was very successful. The giant light up wallet and volcano ended up attracting lots of attention. We ended up giving away 1000+ wallets and we ended up gaining over 1M+ follows on social media.
